At EYL, we know beginning a yoga practice can be a little scary, but we got you covered. We want you to begin your journey in a safe, fun, and relaxed environment. Our cozy studio is candlelit, making you feel safe, welcomed, and not judged about your ability. If you’re ready to join us, we’re ready to have you.

Our 2 part beginner series with Jennifer Nicole is 4 total hours of guided instruction and your complete introduction to yoga. We will break down poses in an easy-to-follow way, teach you to flow like a champ, and answer all of your questions about yoga. 

When: This workshop meets TWO Saturdays in a row, 3/5/2022 and 3/12/22, from 10:30 AM-12:30 PM

Cost for the two workshops: $69 (Workshop only) OR $99 (Workshop + 1 week of unlimited classes)
