Whatever your goal for yoga may be, we have the perfect class for you. You won’t find tons of class styles at ELXR YOGA LOUNGE. We are yoga purists. We keep it simple, master what we teach, and focus on YOUR transformation.
ELXR Power flow
This is our signature class and why we consider ourselves a Power Yoga Studio. Heated to a perfect 95 degrees, our power flow classes are meant to get your heart rate up to burn up to 1000 calories per class, build serious strength, and flexibility in one carefully crafted 60 minute flow.
Each class focuses on strengthening the core, shoulders, hips, and glutes, while helping build flexibility along the spine and in the hamstrings.
Expect a serious sweat, an athletic flow, and a damn good workout.
Strong & Aligned
EYL Strong & Aligned is all about teaching correct body positioning and alignment. With the correct alignment, your practice will be come even MORE effective, while also preventing injury due to misalignment. This class will help you build body awareness while also teaching you the subtle anatomy and energetics of yoga.
Poses are held for a minimum of 8-10 breaths, allowing students to truly experience the pose and allows time for personal adjustments from the instructor. This class is heated. You should expect to torch calories while building serious strength and flexibility.
This class is limited to 10 individuals for a more personalized experience. Students are also allowed to opt-out of hands-on adjustments.
elxr deep stretch
The opposite of our power flow, Deep Stretch is meant to help you gently build substantial flexibility overtime.
This 85 degree candlelit class focuses on using the breath, time, and gravity to safety encourage suppleness and fluidity within the joints and release resistance in tight muscles.
Expect to spend the entire hour lying down within relaxing vibes. This class is also perfect to combat anxiety and help you wind down from a busy life.
flow & stretch
The perfect combination, Flow & Stretch is 30 minutes of our signature power flow followed by 30 minutes of relaxing deep stretch.
Expect this class to pick up the pace pretty quickly to get down to business with power flow, followed by a quick transition to your back for deep stretch.
This class is great for beginners or those new to a yoga studio environment, as well as those who are transitioning to a 60 minute power flow.
