Of all yoga poses, backbends are THE best way to release fear, find inner strength, and to learn to love yourself. Not only are backbends necessary for a strong and healthy spine, when approached correctly, they can heal spinal ailments including low back pain and neck issues. Whether you enjoy back bends and want to advance or you're unsure of how to safely enter backbends, this workshop is for you.
Join Nicole in this 2 hour exploration of the spine, hips, and core and how these elements are used to safely and efficiently enter backbends. We will explore beginner backbends, floor based backbends, and standing backbends and learn how exploration of a safe backbend practice can help you find a higher level of freedom.
