Want to take your practice to the next level? Learning how to integrate breath work into your classes and personal practice unlocks a whole new layer.
Join Logan as he takes you through finding your traditional yogic breath (Ujayi), the foundational breathing technique for any practice, as well as a variety of other breathing techniques. You will learn how to calm and energize your body and mind, in AND out of practice, all using the calming power of your breath.
Expect a slow, non-heated, breath to movement vinyasa based flow to end this workshop. You’ll learn to flow with a grounding and intentional breath. We’ll then follow with a calming/cooling breath techniques, beginner levels meditations, and breath work while in relaxing yin poses.
