Join ELXR Yoga Lounge and lululemon Fayetteville for a special evening of healing as black women of all ages come together to begin or continue their own personal journeys towards healing, self-love, and transformation.
This event will be led BY black women and provide a safe space FOR black women to learn to incorporate yoga, meditation, and therapy into their every day lives as an overall plan for physical, emotional, and mental wellness.
We'll begin with a gentle yoga practice (suitable for beginners) to help you harness the power of yoga as a tool to improve your physical and emotional health.
You'll also learn how deep breathing and meditation can combat anxiety, stress, and depression bringing an overall sense of peace to your life.
Finally, you'll have the chance to chat with a licensed therapist about the importance of protecting mental health with the black female community.
