In this 2 hour workshop, we'll put this scientific research to good, practical use by incorporating easy-to-use, targeted meditations into a unique mindful eating and weight-control strategy that's designed for you and your needs. We'll end with a brief restorative yoga practice followed by a short guided mediation to get you started. NO PRIOR MEDITATION EXPERIENCE NEEDED!
