Get ready to work that 🍑! Strong glutes are important for low back health as well as strong and flexible hips. Weak glutes can contribute to low back issues as well as instability along the entire back side of the body.
In this 90 minute workshop, Caitlin will educate you on how to specifically target and strengthen all 3 parts of the glutes: glute max, glute medius, and glute minimus in addition to showing you how to actively engage your glutes to use your body weight and your yoga practice to build a strong and functional 🍑.
