Journaling is a simple, yet effective way to expand upon your time on the mat, foster mindfulness, and deepen your physical practice.
We'll explore ways to emotionally process your practice and explore your thoughts of your time on the mat in a healing way. You’ll learn to hold ownership of your reactions and to hold space for self love and reflection...all while clearing the way for the ultimate transformation to take place.
You'll receive a yoga journal to personalize and make all your own! We will then move through a 30-minute gentle flow before concluding with journaling exercises to process the flow.
You'll learn to integrate free writing-pre and post practice-and to overcome mental and emotional blockage using writing prompts that encourage self exploration and self discovery.
